Autoplugin Key Service — Remote Control & Diagnostic Module for the Ford Heater

Autoplugin Key ServiceAutoplugin Key Service is intended for the diagnostics and unblocking of the fuel fired heater Hydronic B(D)5WS, factory installed on Ford Focus II, C-Max и Kuga.

The device is connected to the diagnostic service connector on the dashboard. Autoplugin Key Sevice lets a possibility to make a diagnostics and reset errors of FFH without connection of Ford diagnostic equipment. At any place, in all weather conditions. Error codes are displayed by flashes of direction indicators in the instrument cluster. Easy and efficient.

    1. Compatibility

    2. Heater diagnostics

    The module can read errors from the heater's memory.
    Error code is displayed by flashes of turn indicators in the instrument cluster.
    No need to connect another diagnostic equipment or PC.
    Autoplugin Key Service can diagnose such errors:

    B1342 Aux. heater internal microprocessor failure
    B2449 Aux. heater glow plug circuit short to ground
    B2450 Aux. heater glow plug circuit open
    B2451 Aux. heater fuel pump circuit short to ground
    B2452 Aux. heater fuel pump circuit open
    B2453 Aux. heater blower fan circuit short to ground
    B2454 Aux. heater blower fan circuit open

    B2456 Aux. heater coolant sensor circuit short to ground

    Autoplugin Key Service is suplied with documentation including OBD-II errors list, Hydronic errors list and
    recommendations for malfunction serching and repair advices.






     3. Heater unblocking

    Heater is blocked in two cases: 5 unsuccessful startups or 5 overheats in sequence.
    After the problem solved, it is necessary to clear all the errors in the heater's memory to unblock the heater.
    Function has no limitations for the usage only for one car.
